    1831: Entire letter from Versailles to Dublin, struck with two line 'PORT PAYÉ - 60 / B.eau de M.on. du ROI' concessionary handstamp in red, over struck by PORT PAYÉ in black. Rated '2/1d.' in error on arrival and rate changed with Large Crown Inspector's marking to '2/3d.' due. Reverse with London cds (March 17) and Dublin arrival in red (March 19).
