    1867: Laureated 10 c. bistre used with Siège 10 c. bistre on post Armistice 1871 cover to Toulon tied by Paris Star '6' in black with 'Paris / Senat' cds at right (Jan 31). Reverse with Toulon cds of receipt (Feb 11). A most unusual mixed issue 'same value' franking.
