    Recess at the Santiago Post Office from Perkins Bacon plates - 'Estancos' 1857/62: 5 c. dull reddish brown, a horizontal strip of four with large margins on three sides showing adjoining stamps at left and at base, just touched at right, used on 1857 cover from Santiago to Valparaiso cancelled by six barred target handstamps in black with SANTIAGO cds in red (Dec 22) below.
