Commissariat Office 1869/74: Overprinted "C.O." in black, on 2 s. pink, wmk. Large Star, perf. 11½ (misplaced vertically), a used example with overprint variety "No Stop after O", caused by the "O" being printed in a 2nd operation on stocks of Customs Department "C" stamps.
