    French Post Offices 1866: Egypt 1 pi. claret used with France 1862 40 c. orange on 1866 envelope to France, both stamps tied on despatch with POSTE VICE-REALI EGIZIANE / ZAGASIK datestamp (Aug 19) and in transit at Alexandria with '5080' gros chiffres. 'Alexandrie / Egypte' cds at right (Aug 20) and red Marseille entry marking below (Sept 1). Slight opening tear at top but a fine cover that indicates both stamps were available for sale in Zagasik.
