    1877: ¼ c. green, 100 examples paying the 25 c. rate, used on 1911 covers (2) to England, one with the stamps on one side cancelled by VILLAGARCIA / PONTEVEDRA cds's (Oct 10), the 52 stamps on reverse cancelled on arrival at 'Eastry', cover readdressed and cancelled at 'Woodborough / Eastbourne' and 'Dover' eventual arrival (Oct 14); and a second cover addressed to London franked again by ¼ c. green (100 examples) together with Cadet 25 c. blue tied at Villagarcia. Imperfections but scarce covers.
