    1862: Handstruck 30 pa. deep blue, used example on front of cover to the Finance Minister, Ludwig Steege in Bucharest, just touched at one corner but cancelled by rare framed FRANCO / HUSCHII handstamp (Kiriac fig. 310) in blue-green with manuscript dated "Husch / Moldova" datestamp (30/10) below.
