    Russian Post Offices 1850: Cover from Bucharest to Kiril, Patriarch of Jerusalem, present at a monastery in Constantinople, struck with very clear strike of Cyrillic two line dated "BUCHAREST/ 2 DECEMBER 1850" handstamp of despatch in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 31) and rated on obverse '2/20' (2 piastres, 20 paras) in manuscript. Cover shortened at base and corner faults, but a very rare mark.
