    Setting 10 / GRI and Value 5 mm. Apart 1914 (Dec 16): 3 d. on 30 pf. black & orange on buff, Setting 6, position 3, an unused example with variety "Surcharge Double", of good colour and centering, fresh and fine, large part og. Gibbs on page 119 of the handbook, states that he had never encountered an example of this variety, the doubling on this stamp being almost on top of the original surcharge but most pronounced on the "G" and the "R".
