    Registration Labels Surcharged for Postage 1915 (Jan): 'GRI / 3d.' on Manus (with serifs) label (#949), Setting F, position 2, an unused example, marginal from top of sheet, 'Deutsch - Neuguinea', with variety "No Stop after "I" of GRI", which is in actuality very faint, whereas there is a large 'blob' on the "G" of "GRI" which apparently has remained un-noticed even though this stamp was recorded by Gibbs on page 105 in the handbook.
