    1891 (June 18): De La Rue Colour Scheme Essay for proposed Key / Duty Plate 6 d. value, imperforate on unwatermarked gummed paper, printed in green & blue witth TASMANIA picked out in Chinese white in the top tablet. Tiny thin spot mentioned for accuracy. Rare and very fine with just two examples believed to exist (the other being still affixed to the Colour Scheme sheet), see the 'De La Rue Collection' edited by Frank Walton RDP, plate 7909. Rare and fascinating item.
