    Ballon Monté No. 30 1870 (Nov 17): 'Journal Poste No. 5' used to Chatel Censoir, Yonne endorsed 'Par Ballon Monté' franked by Siège 1870 20 c. blue tied by Paris Star with 'Paris' datestamp (Nov 17, 5th levée) alongside in black. Flown from beseiged Paris on the Ballon "Le Général Uhrich" with Chatel-Censoir arrival cds (Nov 27) on reverse. Some vertical bends but rare Maury = € 1'600.
