    1889: Postage Due 2 pi. orange, fine example tied by 'Alexandrie' cds (Feb 25) to rare SERVICE DES REBUTS printed envelope (print No. 125C.) with framed 'Bureau Des Rebuts / Egypte' datestamp in red and large oval "E" in blue. Used to send back insufficiently stamped letters to collect the Postage Due. Exceptionally rare and very fine, one of just two examples this describer has encountered. Signed Todd AIEP.
