    1870: Siège 20 c. blue, single example used on 1871 entire letter from Paris to Dijon tied by rare usage of "30" tax marking in lieu of the Paris Star or datestamp. Reverse with 'Paris a Besançon' cds and Dijon arrival (July 30). Extremely scarce usage. Signed Roumet.
