    1863/71: Napoleon lauré 40 c. orange, a fine and fresh example with vivid colour, tied by dotted '13' numeral of Genova to folded shipmail letter with "FRANCIA / VIA DI MARE" handstamp alongside, sent from Marseille to Genova, reverse with arrival cds (July 16, 1870). An interesting and appealing cover, the franking cancelled upon arrival in Italy.
