    1860: 1 d. pale blue, Third Setting, two horizontal pairs one with huge margins for the issue, the other very fine but minutely shaved at base, Transfer Types 31-32 and 16-17, used on 1861 cover to Arequipa tied by CUZCO datestamps (Aug 25) in black. Minor file folds but a very scarce franking for the double rate.
