    Scadta Consular Issue for France 1924 (March 28): Large envelope from Paris to Bogota, franked by machine overprint 'F' (10 mm) on 1923 Scadta 30 c. blue, in total twelve values together with National postage four values of 36 c., alle tied by Scadta "Barranquilla 26.III.1924" cds. in red  and with Scadta "Bogota 29.III. 1924" cds. on reverse. Fine commercial usage and scarce mass-franking of 3, 60 Pesos.
