    1850: Cérès 40 c. orange, a fine used vertical pair, close to large margins all round and portions of adjoining stamps at right, used on 1854 Ladies's envelope to London, tied by 'grille sans fin' in black with Paris cds below (April 25). Adhesivs also tied by 'London / Paid' arrival cds in red. Suspicion of corner crease at upper right but a most attractive cover Maury = € 1'850.
