    Austrian Post Office 1860: Prepaid entire letter to Constantinople struck with fine RUSTSCHUK circular datestamp (30/9) in blue with scarce FRANCO handstamp alongside (Tchilinghirian figs. 876, 881). Reverse with 'Constantinopel' cds of Austrian P.O. (3/10) in black and notation of 20 soldi prepaid.
