    Registration Labels Surcharged for Postage 1915 (Jan): 'GRI / 3d.' on Rabaul label (#820/815), Setting C, positions 1/1, a fine unused sheet marginal vertical pair, the upper stamp with variety "Surcharge Double" and the lower stamp normal, the upper stamp also showing the variety "No bracket before Deutsch Neuguinea". Extremely rare, illustrated in Gibbs on page 96 and discussed on page 97: "Only one example exists". The pair with minor hinge reinforcement and large part og. A dramatic and unique multiple. Cert.
