Recess by De La Rue 1867: 'Queen on Throne' Die Proof for 6 d. value in deep violet, imperforate on white thin (almost pelure) paper without watermark, prepared by De La Rue from the Perkins Bacon plates for the 1867 Paris Exhibition.
