    General Officials 1891: 2½ d. on 4 d. deep green, perf. 10, overprinted O. S. in black, a fine used vertical pair, lower stamp with variety "O. S. Omitted", lightly cancelled in black. A few minor imperfections but with interesting notations on hinge regarding purchase from H. R. Harmer in 1932. A very rare pair Gi = Listed but Unpriced.
