    Ottoman Posts 1914: 20 pa. red used on postcard to Basel, Switzerland tied by bold strike of bilingual TIBÉRIADE / 1 datestamp (Feb 23) in black (Coles & Walker fig. 98) with Turkish Censor in black, Austrian Censors in violet and red, the latter struck at Feldkirch. Couple of tiny pinholes in card but fine and very scarce.
