    Mail to Great Britain via Trieste 1862: Cover from Syros to Manchester at 170 lepta rate (including 20 lepta internal), franked by 1862 10 l. orange on bluish and 80 l. carmine on cream in a vertical pair, margins touched, all tied by '67' numeral of Syros with despatch datestamp alongside (July 15). Prepaid on despatch and struck with W.FR.20 handstamp in red at Trieste (Van der Linden fig. 2992B) and reverse with corresponding manuscript '15/15/20'' in red crayon: 15 kr. ship fee, 15 kr. Austrian transit + 20 kr. for Austria to GB = 50 kreuzer = 150 lepta; and Manchester arrival cds (Aug 5, gregorian). A scarce cover, illustrated in 'Les Tarifs Helléniques' on page 142.
