    1865: Cover and large part back to Latacunga with weight annotation 2 ounces at top, franked by four margined 1 r. green, Second Printing (very clear impression, with Plate Flaw: 'R' of 'Ecuador' joined to outer frameline), tied by fine AMBATO datestamp (Aug 1, 1866) in black with additional strike alongside. Fresh and fine cover. Opinion Holcombe (1988).
