    1865: Cover front with weight annotation 4¾ ounces at upper left, mailed to Guaranda franked by 1865 marginal ½ r. bright ultramarine from the first setting with Plate variety 'Broken Vertical Outer Frameline at Right' (only found on the First Setting) used with fine margined vertical pair of 1 r. green, neatly tied by AMBATO datestamps (June 8, 1865) in black. Scarce, fresh and fine. Cert. Holcombe (1988).
