    Safed 1948: 10 m. black on blue, issued during the siege, a fine unused example, slight bend, with sheet margin at left and another fine example used on unaddressed cover cancelled by Safed datestamp in red (May 6). Philatelic but nevertheless very scarce, just 2'200 stamps issued Bale 124 = $ 500+.
