    Tampico 2 r. yellow green and horizontal pair of 1 r. yellow, used outside of District on 1859 entire letter from Mexico City to New York endorsed 'pr. Tennessee' with adhesives tied by FRANCO / MEXICO datestamps (Jan 18) in black. 'New Orleans / La.' transit cds (Jan 28) on front and struck with 'Steamship / 10' charge marking in black, docketing of arrival (Feb 5) inside. Addressee's name erased in ink but a scarce cover.
