    1883: 2 c. black on brownish card (H&G 1), used to Germany, initially underpaid and struck with violet 'T' marking, 1883 1 c. green applied and tied by CARTAGO  cds (Dec 15) and by 'New Orleans' transit (Dec 29, 1887) and thence via New York to Bochum. Vertical crease but scarce.
