    1 franc black & red, two single examples used with 1882 25 st. blue & deep blue (3) franked on reverse of 1887 Seefeldner cover to Salzburg, Austria all tied by bilingual ROUSTCHOUK datestamps in blue (12/IV), with, alongside 'Pycce / Russe' cds with date in gregorian (24/4) to correspond with UPU regulations. Front of cover with further strike of Roustchouk datestamp and framed Registration cachet in blue. The letter carried at postage 25 c./st. x 10 + registration fee of 25 c./st. Minor stain where seals have been removed but a rare and fine mixed high rate franking. Signed Zagorsky.
