    1879 (Feb. 13): Official lettersheet on printed notepaper from the Russian Consulate in Pera, Constantinople carried to Galata with two strikes (one used as seal on reverse) of the Consulate's cachet with double headed Eagle struck in blue. Fine and most unusual entire.
