    1878: Outer letter sheet, flaps missing, archive dated May 30, with complete blue and white wafer seal on reverse for the 'Bender - Galatz' Military Railway Line (open from Nov. 7, 1877 to Sept. 1, 1879) arranged to carry Troops and Munitions to forces fighting in the Russo-Turkish Conflict.
