    New Stones 10 bani ultramarine, a fine and fresh used stamp with large margins all round (Transfer Type 4) tied by "BRAILA 10 SEP. 72" cds in black (Kiriac D fig. 518) to Printed Matter circolare, sent to Genova Italy with framed "P.D." alongside. An exceedingly rare usage of the 10 bani on a Printed matter going abroad, an appealing and scarce entire, cert. Heimbüchler (2014).
