    4 bani dark blue, a fine mint block of four with two blank fields at bottom resulting in an enormous bottom margin of about five cm (Transfer types 4-1-x/8-5-x) with full og., the upper two stamps hinged, the lower pair unmounted. Some toning, but an essential multiple for the reconstruction of plate II of the 4 bani blue, compare Cohen 1950 - Planches des émissions lithographiées des timbre de Roumanie 1868-1872, p. 12.
