    1919: POW Camp BANDO near Tokushima, official postcard from a German prisoner addressed to Gaggenau near Rastatt in Germany, the sender informs about the death of a Mr. Fütterer of Shanghai, lightly cancelled by Bando camp cds, left hand side of the card showing a clear strike of large oval 'Sce des Prisonniers de Guerre' in red as well as Kobe transit on top, a rare piece of postal history from this human Japanese POW camp installed after the struggle by Tsingtao in China.
