    Registered cover front from "BAGINSBERG 8 I 19"  franked with unoverprinted Austrian 20 h. and 25 h. adhesives, together with Kolomyja issue "Ukr N R / 5" on 15 h. red brown (Bulat 5),  "Ukr N R / 10" on 12 h. blue pos. 12 (Bulat 8) and 30 sot. Registration stamp, addressed to Trieste but not delivered, stopped in transit and marked 'return' with large violetl Ukrainian trident cachet of Kolomyja police station. Rare usage of 10/12h, certificate Ceremuga AIEP (2011) Bular = $ 1'165/Mi = € 1'950 for the stamps.
