Registration stamp, addressed to Trieste but not delivered, stopped in transit and marked 'return' with large violetl Ukrainian trident cachet of Kolomyja police station. Rare usage of 10/12h, certificate Ceremuga AIEP (2011) Bular = $ 1'165/Mi = € 1'950 for the stamps.
