1871: 'Trencito' 5 c. pale red, a fine clear to large margined example used on May 1872 entire letter from Callao to Lima cancelled by network handstamp in black. The adhesive lifted for checking and replaced, a scarce entire.
1898 (Dec 27): Postcard sent registered to Germany franked by 1898 ½ a. grey, 2½ a. brown, 3 a. pale lilac and 4 a. blue-green all tied by MACAU datestamps with yellow registered label at left and Altona arrival (Jan 29, 1899) alongside. Delightful and attractive usage.

1885: Rouletted 50 c. violet, a fine used example tied to 1896 cover to France by Santiago cds (July 6). Arrival cds on reverse (Aug 9). A rare single franking-the rate at this date was 10 centavos per 15 grams.
