The adhesive tied by segmented cork cancellation with 'Rio De Janeiro' cds alongside (March 18). Reverse with 'New Orleans' cds (April 23). Imperfections but an unusual cover.

Part italic 'Certificacion à Medellin / Salio en 3 de Marzo de 1863' at top in red with date filled in manuscript, the reverse with partial docketing of receipt for the registered letter.
