    1865: 10 c. violet, used example on 1866 cover to Isère, Grenoble, France tied by light BOGOTÁ oval handstamp in black. Carried by French Paquebot and struck with fine octagonal Consular STE. MARTHE datestamp (Aug 4) in black (Salles fig. 1376). Reverse with part flap missing but with Paris transit cds (Sept 4) in black. Charged '20' décimes due upon receipt. The adhesive with rounded top left corner but a scarce overseas usage.
