1856/64: 4 annas black and horizontal pair of 1860 8 p. purple on white paper, used on 1866 cover from Mahé to Bordeaux, all tied by fine strikes of framed 'grill' handstamps in black and by manuscript 'Duly Stamped'. Marseille entry mark in red (Jan 6, 1866) and reverse with Bombay transit and Bordeaux arrival cds's amongst others.
