Typeset at the Office of the 'Royal Gazette', Georgetown 1850/51: Cottonreel 4 c. black on orange, Type B on medium wove paper, a fine used example initialled "EDW" (Wight), cut square example, the outer frameline shaved at base but of rich deep colour for this issue, cancelled by "Demerara" double arc datestamp (October 29, 1851) in black. Corner bend and three small thin spots of no great significance, as this is one of the finest examples extant. Certs.
