1896: 1 g. blue postal stationery card, a fine used example cancelled by "ENTOTTO" Type II datestamps (14.11.99) in black, mailed to Germany with earliest recorded usage of "HARAR / POSTES FRANCAISES" transit cds in black (Nov 25) and reverse franked by 1894 Djibouti 5 c. green & orange (2) cancelled by Djibouti cds's in blue. "HARAR" cds of transit in blue on reverse (Nov 21) and front with French Paquebot datestamp (Dec 3) carried by Steamer 'Natal'. Königsfeld arrival cds (Dec 16). An extremely rare and fine usage.
