Censored on despatch and on arrival with three line SUPPOSED TO CONTAIN MATERIAL / SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONAL / EXECUTIVE ORDER". Reverse with Miami (Aug 16) cds and New York arrival (Aug 20). A few imperfections due to journey but scarce.
