    Postage due 1869: Stampless letter from 'Stato Civile de Bologna' to the Italian Consulate in Cairo bearing boxed "PIROSCAFI POSTALI ITALIANI" and handstamped '1' piastre on front, reverse with cds's "Italian P.O. Alexandria" and twice "Egyptian P.O. Alexandria", one with incorrect strike 5.9.69.
