Free Franking for Scadta Officials 1923 (July 2): Cover mailed from Bogotá to Colombian Embassy in Berne, sent without Scadta adhesives, franked by 1920 1 c. green and 1923 3 c. blue in a strip of three all cancelled by "Scadta / Bogota" datestamps in red.
