First Issue, overprinted in lower case 1885/87: Cape 2 d. pale bistre, a used example on 1887 cover to the Registrar of the Mines Office in Kimberley, tied by "555" numeral obliterator with corresponding "VRYBURG / BECHUANALAND" cds at left (Nov 4) in black.
