    1920 (June 21): Telegraphic Money Transfer Form sending 4000 rubles from KIEV 21 6 20 with BUGULMA 21 7 20 receiver on reverse. Correctly franked to 60 rubles with four revalued Ukraine General Issue 40sh and block 4 Chernihiv Tridents on 15 kop perforated Imperial Arms stamps (Bulat 216).
