    1872: 25 b. brown, perf. 12½, a used example with portion of adjoining stamp below, on 1872 underpaid cover to Langnau, Switzerland tied by "GALATI" cds in black (Sept 28), struck with "AFFRANCHISEMENT / INSUFFISANT" handstamp in black with a variety of manuscript rates including "20 bani" due amount in red; reverse with Vienna cds (Sept 30) and "Romanshorn-Bern" cds ((Oct 2).
