1871: 5 b. rose-red, a horizontal pair somewhat roughly separated and just touched at left, used on 1872 entire letter to Braila endorsed "Cu vaporu" at base (carried on the Danube to Braila), tied by "CALAFAT / SERA" circular datestamp (March 25) in blue (Kiriac as fig. 440). Framed "P.D." at right in blue and reverse with faint Braila arrival in black. Scarce: illustrated as fig. 2 in the London Philatelist article. Ex collection Sassower.rnrnNote: The "Cu Vaporu" or "Pr. Vapora" endorsements are only ever seen on mail from Calafat to Braila - carried at 10 bani internal single rate down the Danube.
